What makes our T-Frame model aluminum gantry worth looking at? It is its portability.

Here is what sets our T Frame models apart. It is our base height. Our largest model (4K cap) base height is only 45 ½” tall. The 4T810 model gantry, which has an 8’ long I-beam and a 10-foot max height under the beam; a 4,000 lb cap gantry can fit into your 4 x 8 pickup bed with a lock top or even a Dodge Caravan-style service van.

Our T-Frame Aluminum Gantry Crane is most commonly used in situations where a traditional A-frame gantry crane won’t fit due to space constraints, obstructions, or access limitations.

The unique “T” design places the support structure on one side, allowing the crane to reach over equipment, machinery, pits, walls, or other obstacles that would prevent a standard gantry from being used.

You may now be thinking that I can get a fold-up style A-frame that would fit. Not in a 4,000 lb cap. Our T-Frame gantry base is approximately 60” long.

The shorter base height for portability, easier assembly, and our optional cart assembly is why EC&MW specifically designed the T Frame portable gantry crane with service technicians in mind. We design, engineer, and manufacture all of our products at our facility in Elko, NV.

Optional Cart Assembly

This option makes it possible to move the gantry, as one unit, from your truck or minivan to your job site. Just lock the back wheels, unlock the front, and you’re ready to roll. Bungee cords not shown are included (Must specify this option at time of order)

Lifting Cam Handle

This picture shows our unique, one of a kind, lifting cam handle that makes raising and lowering the gantry height much easier. Insert the cam handle into the upper adjustment hole(s), lift, then rotate the cam, then rest the cam on the base receiver tube, insert the hitch pin (not shown), and repeat the procedure to the desired height. It’s that easy.
